For the first 30 days after receiving your new area rug we will gladly EXCHANGE your rug and give you a 110% Store Credit towards the purchase of a new area rug. Guidelines for return:
• Area Rug must be in like new condition without wear, staining, or damage.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• All returns must include a Return Authorization number.
• Customer must reselect within 90 days after receiving store credit.
• 110% Store Credit Example: If you originally purchased a new area rug for $600.00 360Rugs will give you a credit for $660.00 towards the purchase of a new area rug.
Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-670-3360 to receive a return authorization form. Our customer service team will walk you through the entire process from start to finish.
Within the first 30 days after receiving your new area rug we will RETURN your new rug and give you a 100% Refund of your purchase price. You are only responsible for return shipping costs, unless your return is due to a manufacturing related defect. Guidelines for return:
• Area Rug must be in like new condition without wear, staining, or damage.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• All returns must include a Return Authorization number.
• Customer must reselect within 90 days after receiving store credit.
