Vacuuming - We recommend vacuuming your rugs as often as needed to retain their beauty and to extend the life of your rug. Please note: If your rug has fringe please be careful not to get the fringe caught in the beater bar of your vacuum. We recommend the use of your hard surface tool to vacuum the fringe.

Spot Cleaning - Clean food and beverage spills immediately by removing the excess and then use a high quality - stain and soil remover. At 360Rugs we recommend the use of Shaw R2X™ Rug & Carpet Stain & Soil Remover. We also recommend Shaw’s, R2X Hard Surface Flooring Cleaner. Professional Cleaning - If your rug needs more than a spot cleaning we recommend Professional carpet cleaning using the hot water extraction method. Do not dry clean your rugs or use bleach.

Rug Padding - At 360Rugs we strongly recommend the use of a high quality rug pad. The use of rug pad not only keeps your rug in place and from sliding around on your hard surface floors but they also help to absorb foot traffic, reduce noise transmission, and provide comfort under foot. Please note: If you choose not to use a rug pad the woven back of your area rug(s) can cause abrasion and even permanent damage to your hard surface floors such as wood, laminate, stone, or tile. Rotate Your Rug - At 360Rugs we also recommend you rotate your rug every three-six months to ensure even wear of your rug. This will lengthen the life of your rug and will help keep the wear and aging consistent.
