360Rugs SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

At 360Rugs we proudly offer free shipping on ALL orders regardless of size, weight, or value to the contiguous 48 United States. If you are interested in shipping products from our store outside of the contiguous 48 United States please contact us at CustomerService@360rugs.com along with a description of the product(s) you are interested in ordering and your contact information including your telephone number. We will gladly work with both you and our freight carriers to find the best possible shipping options and freight rate(s).

No Hidden Fees:

At 360Rugs we NEVER charge hidden feels like Order Processing or Handling Fees.

Order Processing:

Most orders take between 1 to 3 business days to be processed before they are released for shipment.

Please note: If you have multiple items on your order they may not ship together or in the same package. Accessory items like rug pad, cleaners and stair rods typically ship in separate packaging.

Order Tracking:

After your order has been released for shipment our customer service team will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and carrier name. We strongly suggest that you track your order(s) using the carrier’s web site www.FedEx.com or www.UPS.com.

If your order is shipped via Common Carrier we will provide you with a phone number so you can call the specific carrier to track your order.

Delivery Time:

Once your order has been released for shipment most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days. Most items will ship via FedEx or UPS and will be delivered directly to your door.

Please note: Oversized rugs that are too large or heavy to ship via FedEx or UPS or UPS will be sent via an LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. An LTL carrier will schedule a delivery date with you and will provide a two-four hour window between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday for delivery. Someone will need to physically be at the specified address at the time of delivery to receive and sign off on the delivery.

Inspect For Damage:

Please carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the item(s) or packaging appears to have any signs of damage or if you suspect an unforeseen problem, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the signature sheet. This will greatly speed up the process of resolving the problem.
